LEASE CONTRACT

1.      Equipments rented will be released only upon conformation of endorsement of the lessee to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement.

2.      The lessee is expected to check carefully and verify the conditions of the equipments and notify any damages/faults/discrepancies before accepting the same. In the events the lessee fails to notify damages/discrepancies then the lesser will not except upon return of equipments. The lessee will be held liable for compensation to damages.

3.      The lessee s expected to make full payment of rent at the counter for the equipments for the period he/she intends to take or rent in order to release such equipments to the lessee. Rental charge is based on a minimum of 24 hours period.

4.      At the termination of prepaid rental period, if the lessee dose not wishes to extend the rental period then the lessee shall return the equipments and pay the accrued rent within 3 days minimum.

5.      The lessee is expected to specify clearly the rental period before making payments. An early return of the equipments leased, the lessee shall not be entitled for refund or reimbursement of the original rent.

6.      Any liability for damages incurred to the leased equipments during the lease period until the equipments is returned shall be fully borne by the lessee. Compensations for such damages shall be negotiated between the lesser and lessee.

7.      Equipments should be returned safe, wash and cleaned.

8.      ODD has full discretion to take legal action against any lessee who breaches any clause of this contract.

9.      The lessee shall keep this memo within his safe custody until he returns the equipments and shall be submitted with this memo to the counter along with the equipments.

10.  Equipments upon return the lessee shall obtain counter signature of acceptance at the counter and the lessee shall sign on the original of this memo to indicate that the lessee returned the equipments.
